What we do with your data
Short version: we run a cookie-less visitor count and we read the emails you send us. Nothing else.
Visitor statistics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. It records the page visited, the referring site, and a coarse country, browser and device type. Vercel derives a temporary, non-reversible identifier per visit so the same person is not counted twice in a day; it cannot be traced back to you and is not stored beyond that day. Because no cookies or personal identifiers are involved, no consent banner is required.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Their servers keep short-lived request logs, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and defend against abuse. Fonts are served from this domain, not from Google, so your visit is not shared with a third party for typography.
If you email us — for a free mockup or anything else — we keep that message, your name and your email address so we can answer and, if you become a client, do the work. We do not sell it, do not add you to a list you did not ask for, and delete it on request.
Sites we build for clients
If you reached this page from a site we built for someone else, that business decides what happens with your data and we only act on their instructions — under the GDPR they are the controller and we are their processor. Their site counts visitors without cookies, in the same way described above, and keeps the enquiries sent through their form so they can answer you. Ask them, or us, and we will point you to the right person.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Mail hello@builtneatly.com and you will hear back within a few working days. If you think we mishandled your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date below changes with it.
