Because with Squarespace you are the designer, the copywriter and the person who fixes it at eleven at night. The €16 buys software; the work is still yours. Here the €65 buys the work: we design it, write around your words, and every change you want is an email, not an evening. If you enjoy building it yourself, genuinely use Squarespace — you will pay less and get what you want.

That is an app, and it works the same way as everything else here — we build it, we host it, we keep it current, and you pay monthly instead of a five-figure invoice up front.

FAQ
What people ask us first
Do I need an app, or is a website enough?
For most businesses a website is enough, and we will tell you so rather than sell you something larger. An app earns its keep when people come back often and need to do something — book, order, check an account, carry a card — not when they need to find your opening hours. If you are unsure, describe what you want to happen and we will say which one does it. That answer is free and it is frequently “a website, and here is why”.
What happens to my domain and my email?
Your domain stays yours and keeps working — we point it at the new site, which takes an afternoon with no downtime. Your email is untouched: it runs on your domain independently of the website, so nothing about it changes. If your domain is currently held by whoever built your old site, we help you get it back into your own name first. That is a conversation with them rather than with us, and we will tell you exactly what to ask for.
Who owns the site if I leave?
The domain is yours and travels with you. The design and hosting stay with us — that’s what the monthly fee replaces instead of a five-figure invoice.
I already have a site. Can it move?
Usually. We bring your copy and photos across and put a design around them that actually converts. The migration costs nothing extra.
Is there a three-year contract?
No. You cancel monthly. We’d rather you stayed because the site works than because you’re locked in.
Is the mockup really free?
Yes. No invoice, no deposit. Say no and you never hear from us again — other than good luck.
How many changes can I send?
As many as you like. Copy, prices, photos, an extra page: just email. The only thing that is not a change is a second website — if what you are asking for is really that, we will say so plainly and quote for it.
